Meet Our Founder

Dr. Christy Gamble helps executive teams rebuild the leadership systems that carry performance, trust, and clarity through high-stakes transitions. She works with organizations navigating reorgs, mergers, leadership turnover, and rapid growth — moments when alignment is fragile, execution is stalling, and stability must be restored quickly.


Christy’s expertise was forged in environments where breakdown was not optional. As healthcare oversight counsel for one of the most powerful committees in Congress, she was responsible for diagnosing systemic failures and designing solutions that reshaped how federal agencies functioned. With a background in law and public health, she developed the ability to analyze complexity, uncover hidden fractures, and rebuild structures that hold under pressure.


Across her career — in law, public service, and operations — she was the one leaders turned to when processes collapsed or teams carried too much. Where others saw burnout or performance problems, she identified missing infrastructure. And she rebuilt it — system by system, department by department.
