Meet the Founder

Dr. Christy Gamble helps executive teams fix what is not working in how their organization runs. She is an expert in building leadership systems that create clarity, drive performance, and reduce friction — especially during high-stakes transitions like rapid growth, restructuring, or leadership turnover.


Christy’s background spans public health, law, and public policy. As a healthcare oversight counsel for one of the most powerful committees in Congress, she was responsible for analyzing broken systems, shaping legislation, and designing solutions that impacted millions. Her legal training refined her ability to break down complex challenges and rebuild them with structure.


Every role she held had one thing in common: when the way work was getting done was unclear, stalled, or uneven, Christy was the one called to fix it. What others saw as people issues or burnout, she recognized as missing infrastructure. And she rebuilt it — one system at a time.


That instinct became Leadership Operative.
